Job Description
  1. Maintenance of the quality system at all times.
  2. Verifies the effectiveness of the corrective action taken on non-conformances.
  3. Attends to customer complaints in the absence of CEO/TM.
  4. Convenes and maintains the records of the management review meetings.
  5. Coordinates external / internal quality audits and verifies the corrective actions taken, if any.
  6. Establish, Implement and maintain the processes needed for quality management system.
  7. Reporting to CEO on the performance of the QMS and need for improvement.
  8. Promotion of awareness of patient requirement throughout the organization.
