Job Description
- Maintenance of the quality system at all times.
- Verifies the effectiveness of the corrective action taken on non-conformances.
- Attends to customer complaints in the absence of CEO/TM.
- Maintains the minutes of the management review meetings.
- In addition to above responsibilities, duties as Consultant (Pathologist& Biochemist) defined later on.
- In the absence of Quality Manager, Technical Officer- Quality Assurance will be responsible for duties discharged by Quality manager.
