Concept of laboratory standardization, certification and accreditation was introduced in developed countries in 1990s. Keeping abreast with them North Delhi Pathology Clinic took the lead and obtained following certifications/ accreditations:

• ISO 9002:1995 from TUV Suddeutschland, Germany in the year 2000.
• Accreditation as per ISO 17025:1999 standard in the year 2002.
• Accreditation as per ISO 15189 since 2005
• ISO 9001 certification by URS-UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Services) in the field of Medical Laboratory Testing and providing Proficiency Testing Support in the Year 2006.
